2/11/202612 – 3 pmBackbone Awards VotingReese PhiferThe Backbone Awards is the first and only student-to-industry award, it’s all about rewarding good work that does good work. Our main saying is “You’ve got to stand for something” because we believe advertisements should be doing good in the world. The Backbone Awards is focused on social responsibility in advertising. This year we have a short list of 5 campaigns that addresses issues within the world and we want students to vote on which campaign will receive the honor of the Backbone Award. Any student can vote on which campaign they think best serves the purpose for positive change in our world, making the student apart of something that recognizes the good in our society. It’s not just about rewarding campaigns, its about rewarding the recognition of significant issues in our world and standing up for them.Minerva1Global and Intercultural Learning
